We’re looking for top-level women to mentor the next generation of female leaders!
I am always delighted to see women excel in their careers. Women, like you, who own or run businesses, have broken barriers, or are succeeding in fields typically dominated by men, are exactly who I am looking for to serve as mentors for FLAME.
The purpose of FLAME – Female Leadership And Mentor Exchange – is to advance and empower next generation female leaders by creating and encouraging mentor relationships between women in executive level leadership roles with young women attending college or beginning a career.
We did not get where we are without women who have come before us who paved the way and now is your opportunity to help these young women grow into leaders – in business, education, media, and government.
This autumn will host our 2nd “FLAME Forum” with the intended outcome of pairing professional women with college students who want to be successful in their chosen careers but don’t have someone to guide them. I hope you will consider involvement as a mentor, sponsor, or both.
